What are your delivery hours?

Daily deliveries are completed between 11am and 6pm.

If you require delivery outside of this window or have a request for a specific delivery time, please contact us by phone or email and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

What are your pickup and walk-in hours?

We are open for pick-ups and walk-ins:

  • Monday–Friday: 8am–7pm

  • Saturday-Sunday: 8am–6pm

Do you guarantee specific flowers?

Flowers are subject to seasonal and daily availability. While we cannot guarantee specific varieties year round, we will always substitute thoughtfully, keeping your preferred aesthetic, color palette, and budget in mind.

Can I request specific flowers?
Yes, we’re happy to discuss availability prior to ordering. Please note that specific flowers cannot be guaranteed due to seasonal and market availability.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Yes. Any cancellations or modifications will be returned in the form of store credit.

Do you offer refunds?

Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we do not offer refunds. We do, however, offer a 24-hour exchange policy if there is an issue with your order.

How should I care for my flowers?

To extend the life of your arrangement:

  • Change the water daily, flowers love to drink!

  • Keep flowers away from heaters and direct sunlight

  • If possible, give a fresh trim every couple days

What happens if there’s an issue with delivery?
If there is a delivery issue (incorrect address, not received, or damage in transit), please contact us immediately by phone. We’ll work quickly to resolve the situation.

Do you deliver outside of San Francisco? 

Yes, delivery cost is calculated based on zip code to surrounding San Francisco areas. We can schedule a private driver for orders outside of San Francisco.
