Returns & Refunds
Because flowers are perishable and each arrangement is made to order, all sales are considered final. However, we understand that preferences are subjective and want our clients to feel confident ordering from us.
Exchanges
We offer a 48-hour exchange policy from the time of delivery or pickup. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours and we will be happy to arrange an exchange when appropriate. A photo of the arrangement will be required.
Cancellations & Modifications
Any order cancellations or modifications will be returned in the form of store credit only. Store credit does not expire and may be used for future purchases.
Substitutions
All flowers are subject to seasonal and daily availability. If substitutions are necessary, we will make thoughtful adjustments while honoring your preferred aesthetic, color palette, and budget. We will contact you for approval in case of major substitutions.
Care Responsibility
Once arrangements leave our studio, we cannot be responsible for damage due to improper care, extreme temperatures, or placement.
For best results:

Add fresh water to fill your vase daily

Keep arrangements away from heaters and direct sunlight

Wrapped arrangements need to be placed in water within 30 min

Remove wrapping/ties and use an appropriate sized vase
