Our arrangements are available for in-store pickup or delivery Monday–Sunday throughout San Francisco & select surrounding areas.

Deliveries are completed between 11am & 6pm, with same-day delivery available for orders placed by 5pm. Delivery pricing is based on zip code & will automatically appear at checkout.

Fill & refresh the water daily, & keep arrangements away from heaters & direct sunlight.

Wrapped bouquets should be placed in water within 30 minutes. Remove any wrapping or ties & transfer to an appropriately sized vase where all stems are submerged — flowers love room to breathe & drink.

Any cancellations or order changes are returned as store credit. Because flowers are perishable & we know personal preferences can vary, we offer a 24-hour exchange policy from the time of delivery. If something doesn’t feel right, please reach out — we’re here to help.
